Board Intensive
Creating Board Partnerships That Elevate Your Impact
Whether you’re new to working with a board, an experienced executive aiming to deepen your partnership, or still navigating persistent challenges, you’re not alone. For many senior leaders, the boardroom—while full of potential—can also be one of the most complex spaces to manage.
This 2-day intensive workshop is designed for CMO executives who want to strengthen an existing board partnership, confidently step into board engagement for the first time, or address ongoing challenges that have been creating barriers in progress. You’ll learn how to set boundaries that prevent micromanagement without alienating trustees, explore healthy governance structures, discuss and problem-solve around board dynamics, and navigate uncomfortable conversations with confidence and cultural competence. Most importantly, you’ll connect with other leaders who understand the unique pressures you face and leave with strategies to lead authentically while building the kind of board relationships that advance both your leadership and your organization’s mission.
