With the intent to maximize their impact, our executive coaches problem solve with leaders, serve as strategic advisors to fellow leaders early in their CEO tenure, all in service of co-creating equitable systems & school communities where all adults & students can thrive.
Board Consulting Services
Our services begin with the critical work before, during & after selection of a new CEO. Our consulting work can include: board advising on developing a CEO transition plan 12-18 months prior, board planning for succession, hiring a new CEO, communication planning, supporting a new CEO & evaluation systems.
Beyond One Program
Beyond One is focused on growing the CMO market by expanding on the success of high-performing, single-site charter schools. We do this by equipping leaders with the skills & mindsets they need to grow & evolve their leadership practices to prepare them for the complexity of leading a charter network & expanding their impact.
E3 Alumni Forum
Forum is a peer-to-peer program unique in its purpose to intentionally develop human capacities for well-being while simultaneously addressing the specific life challenges each participant is facing at that moment. Each Forum will consist of an intimate group of members plus an experienced moderator who will meet monthly throughout the year for two hours each session.
