Terms & Conditions - Board Intensive Registration

Event: October 17–19th, 2025 – Lone Rock Retreat Center

By submitting this registration form, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Terms

  • General Registrants: Upon registration, you will receive an invoice for a $1,000 deposit to secure your spot.

  • The remaining $6,000 balance will be due by October 15, 2025.

  • Current or Alumni Fellows: You may register without paying the deposit. Your full $7,000 balance will be invoiced and is due after the event by October 31, 2025.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made before September 15, 2025 will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations made after September 15, 2025 are non-refundable. If you cancel after this date, you remain responsible for the full registration fee, which will be invoiced and due by October 15, 2025.

  • You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant at no additional cost if notified in writing by October 1, 2025.

3. Commitment to Attend

By registering, you are reserving one of a limited number of seats in this intensive. Your registration represents a commitment to attend and participate fully in the event.

4. What’s Included

Your $7,000 all-inclusive registration covers:

  • Two full days of training & facilitation with experienced CEOs and former charter board members

  • All transportation, lodging, and meals during the Intensive — including a welcome dinner, daily breakfasts and lunches, and a closing meal

  • Workshop materials & resources to take back to your organization

  • Networking opportunities with other senior CMO leaders
    Note: The only cost not included is your flight to/from Denver International Airport.

5. Agreement

By checking the box on the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the payment terms, cancellation policy, and attendance commitment.
