Terms & Conditions – Board Intensive Registration

Event: January 28–30th, 2026 – Lone Rock Retreat Center

By submitting this registration form, you agree to the following:

1. Payment Terms

  • Immediate Contract: By submitting registration, you are entering into a binding agreement and are financially responsible for the full registration fee.

  • Early Bird Registration: $5,995 if registered by November 15, 2025.

  • Standard Registration: $7,000 if registered after November 15, 2025.

  • Invoice Due Date: All invoices must be paid in full by January 15, 2026.

2. Commitment to Attend

By registering, you are reserving one of a limited number of seats in this intensive. Your registration represents a commitment to attend and participate fully in the event.

3. Transfer Policy

Due to the nature of the event, there are no cancellations or refunds. However, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant at no additional cost if notified in writing by January 9, 2026.

4. What’s Included

Your registration fee covers:

  • Two full days of training & facilitation with experienced CEOs and former charter board members

  • All transportation, lodging, and meals during the Intensive

  • Workshop materials & resources to take back to your organization

  • Networking opportunities with other senior CMO leaders

Note: The only cost not included is your flight to/from Denver International Airport.

5. Agreement

By checking the box on the registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the payment terms, commitment to attend, and transfer policy. You further understand that by submitting this registration, you are entering into a binding contractual agreement with Greenhouse E3 and are fully responsible for the registration fee.
